LAHORE (Kashmir English): The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has decided to appoint former Australian fast bowler Shaun Tait as the new bowling consultant for the national team.
According to a private TV channel’s report, an agreement has been reached between the parties, and a formal announcement is expected soon.
The report indicates that the new agreement between the PCB and Shaun Tait is in its final stages.
It has been confirmed that the board has finalized the appointment details, and cricket fans can soon expect an official press release regarding the matter.
The Pakistan cricket dressing room and local environment are not new to the former Australian speedster, Shaun Tait.
He has previously served as the national team’s bowling coach.
Based on this prior association and experience, he is well-versed in Pakistan’s fast-bowling setup, structure, and the capabilities of the national players insights that will prove highly beneficial in his new role.
According to the report, Shaun Tait will arrive in Pakistan shortly to immediately assume his new responsibilities.
