LONDON (Kashmir English): Former Prime Minister and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Nawaz Sharif’s health deteriorated on Wednesday, sources said.
Sources close to the Sharif family said that Nawaz Sharif also headed to the hospital today for a medical check-up, as his younger son Hassan Nawaz told party workers about the party supremo’s health.
As per details, the former premier also did not leave his Avenfield residence today as usual due to health issues.
Since he arrived in London, the senior politician has been leaving Avenfield every morning and afternoon, however, his routine was affected today due to his poor health.
Meanwhile, senior PML-N leader and Defense Minister Khawaja Asif has also reached Avenfield to meet Nawaz Sharif.
According to sources, the current political situation in the country, party affairs and future strategy will be discussed in the meeting. This important meeting came at a time when the party leadership had entered a decisive phase.
