NEW YORK (Kashmir English): After the agreement was reached between the US and Iran, crude oil prices fell by 4% in the global market.
The price of British crude oil in the global market decreased by $4, after which the new price of British crude oil became $83.70 per barrel. The price of US crude oil also decreased by $3.75 to $80.76 per barrel.
It should be remembered that an agreement has been reached between the US and Iran. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif announced a peace agreement between the US and Iran.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said in a message on social media that the official signing ceremony of the peace agreement will be held in Switzerland on June 19.
The Prime Minister praised the role of Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Turkiye in the agreement and said that the parties announced an immediate and permanent cessation of military operations on all fronts.
The agreement includes a halt to operations on all fronts, including Lebanon. The US and Iran also confirmed the agreement.
