LAHORE (Kashmir English): The tentative schedule of the expected ODI series between Pakistan and Australia has been revealed, according to which the Australian team will visit Pakistan in late May this year.
According to media reports, the three-match ODI series is likely to be played between May 30 and June 5, while the matches will be held in Lahore and Rawalpindi.
Reports say that this series is part of a mutual agreement between the Pakistan Cricket Board and Cricket Australia, under which the Australian team has visited Pakistan before.
According to reports, after the series, the Australian team will leave for Bangladesh, where it will play more ODI matches, while the process of finalizing the schedule between the two boards is underway.
This series is considered important for both teams as it will allow the players to further improve their preparation for international cricket.

Earlier, the International Cricket Council (ICC) released the One Day International (ODI) and T20 player rankings.
India’s Abhishek Sharma retains the top spot in the T20 batsmen rankings, while Pakistan’s Sahibzada Farhan is in third place. Bangladesh’s Tohid Harry Doye has risen 9 places to 39th place.
Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan retains the top spot in the T20 bowlers rankings, while Pakistan’s Abrar Ahmed is in third place. Zimbabwe’s Sikandar Raza retains the top spot in the T20 all-rounders rankings.
Daryl Mitchell retains the top spot in the ODI batsmen rankings, while Virat Kohli retains the second spot. Bangladesh’s Najmul Hossain Shanto has risen 11 places to 32nd place.
