ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): Pakistan has agreed to a temporary 48-hour ceasefire on the request of the Afghan Taliban regime, stopping the recent border clashes between both nations, the Foreign Office said on Wednesday.

According to the FO spokesperson, the ceasefire, decided with the mutual consent of both parties, will be implemented from 6 pm today (Wednesday) for 48 hours.
