MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): The Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) All Parties Conference (APC) on Tuesday strongly condemned India’s alleged conspiracy to destabilize AJK, citing the recent cipher as proof.

The All Parties Conference (APC) was held at the Jammu and Kashmir House in Islamabad, chaired by Prime Minister Chaudhry Anwarul Haq.

The conference saw full participation from the leadership of all political parties, who issued a declaration by consensus. Former AJK Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider read out the declaration.

The declaration assured the people of occupied Kashmir of full cooperation in the freedom struggle and expressed solidarity with the Kashmir freedom movement.

The political parties agreed to continue their joint struggle to resolve public issues and thwart any attempts to worsen the situation, the APC declaration stated. “India is trying to destabilize Azad Kashmir on the Balochistan model.”

“India is in a state of panic due to the Pakistan Army’s success in Banyan Al-Marsoos and Marka-e-Haq. This success has boosted the morale of the Kashmir freedom movement,” the APC declaration said.

The political parties vowed to continue their joint struggle to resolve public issues. “No forum or pressure group formed under Indian auspices will be given the authority to make public decisions,” the APC declaration read.

“We assure the people of occupied Kashmir of full cooperation in the freedom struggle,” it added.

The parties further decided that a public relations campaign will be launched from September 21, with the first meeting to be held in Rawalakot and the second in Bagh on September 22.

Talking about the conspiracy to destabilize Azad Kashmir, Raja Farooq Haider hoisted the Indian cipher as proof in the press conference.

While addressing the conference, Former Prime Minister Attique Ahmed Khan said that the institutions of Azad Kashmir are the achievement of our national leadership.

President Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) AJK, Chaudhry Muhammad Yasin, said that no one will be allowed to waste our sacrifices. “This cipher is an open admission of India’s involvement.”

Former Prime Minister and PPP leader Sardar Tanveer Ilyas said that the revelation of the cipher is an alarming situation. “India is involved in destabilizing the base camp of Azad Kashmir.”

“The people should not play into the hands of miscreants and should not let the freedom movement be harmed,” Ilyas said.

President PML(N) AJK Shah Ghulam Qadir said that we are all united on the identity of the state, and we will start a public relations campaign together.

Former President and Prime Minister Sardar Yaqoob, former PM Farooq Haider, and Attique Ahmed Khan participated. PML-N President Shah Ghulam Qadir, PPP President Chaudhry Yasin, government ministers Col (retd) Waqar Noor, Faisal Mumtaz, Yasir Sultan, Aamir Altaf, and others also participated in the meeting.
