KARACHI (Kashmir English): Ex-wife of former Prime Minister Imran Khan, Reham Khan, has entered politics by announcing a new political party on Tuesday.

While addressing a news conference in Karachi, she named her new political party “Pakistan Republic Party.”

She said that the new political party will become the voice of the people and challenge the rulers, and the Pakistan Republic Party will strive hard to solve the problems of the people.

She added that whenever any step is taken for someone else, Allah Almighty blesses it, and the intention is very necessary for any work someone starts.

“I worked at the BBC in 2012, and after leaving the organization, I  stayed for four years with my mother. She said.

Reham Khan said that today, I am taking steps with a movement in which I will change the face of Parliament. Currently, 5 families are sitting in the assembly.

She added that I am taking the step of entering politics after much thought.

She noted that Karachi should be the capital city of Pakistan, adding that there is no difference between any political party and leader.

She said that someone asked, “Will you talk about the deprived provinces?” I said, “All the provinces are deprived.”
