Training delegation from Civil Services Academy Lahore visits Jhelum Valley

HATTIAN BALA (Kashmir English): A 13-member training delegation from the Civil Services Academy Lahore, comprising Assistant Commissioners (ACs), visited the district headquarters of Jhelum Valley in Hattian Bala on Saturday.

The training delegation gained hands-on experience in local governance, district administrative structures, and public service delivery mechanisms.

The delegation was warmly welcomed by the district administration, led by Deputy Commissioner Beenish Jarral and Superintendent of Police Mazhar Zahid Hussain.

The Deputy Commissioner provided a detailed briefing on the region’s administrative structure, key challenges, development initiatives, and strategies for public service delivery.

The delegation is expected to visit various government offices, development project sites, and public service centers across the state to enhance their understanding of ground-level governance.

The visit aims to build capacity for more effective administration in the future, aligning with the Civil Services Academy’s purpose of training newly selected civil servants.

The visit provides civil service officers with practical experience in local governance and public service delivery. The delegation will gain valuable insights into the region’s administrative structure and challenges.
