Around 40% officers in 53rd CTP belong to Balochistan

ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): The Civil Services Academy is currently conducting the 53rd Common Training Programme (CTP), with a significant representation from Balochistan.

As per details, 52 out of a total of 136 under-training civil service officers enrolled in the 53rd CTP belong to Balochistan, making it approximately 40 per cent of the total officers.

Other than that, the cohort includes 16 officers from FATA, 10 from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), 11 from Punjab, and 50 from Sindh.

Moreover, the allocation of officers from the 53rd CTP included 15 non-Muslim, 76 women, and 61 men officers.

On orientation, Director CTP, Dr Syed Shabbir Akbar Zaidi, delivered a comprehensive orientation. He outlined the vision, goals, and academic roadmap of the training programme, covering its structured modules, innovative teaching methodologies, emphasis on character development, and a rigorous performance evaluation system.

Dr Shabbir also elaborated on the wide array of sports, co-curricular activities, leadership-building initiatives, and the importance of cultivating professional ethics throughout the course.
