ISLAMABAD: The United Arab Emirates (UAE) President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has landed in Islamabad on first official visit to Pakistan.
The Prime Minister of Pakistan, Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, welcomed the UAE President. According to the details, during this visit, the UAE President and PM Shehbaz will have discussions on several points, including trade, defence, and investments.
Additionally, the federal capital has declared an official holiday today on the occasion of his coming to Pakistan.
According to a spokesperson from the National Assembly Secretariat, the Secretariat will remain closed on Friday, with all departments and activities, including standing committee meetings, postponed. New dates for the rescheduled meetings will be announced later.
