ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): SSP Poonch Khawar Ali Shaukat has been nominated for the International Association of Chiefs of Police award.

According to details, the International Association of Chiefs of Police has nominated 40 officers under 40 from around the world for awards, among whom only SSP Poonch Khawar Ali Shaukat from Pakistan is included.

The three-day conference for the International Association of Chiefs of Police award will be held from October 18 in Denver, USA, where Khawar Ali Shaukat will receive his award.

This international award is given annually by the International Association of Chiefs of Police to 40 police officers worldwide in recognition of their high professional services to the police, elimination of evils from society, and implementation of a police system according to international standards.

Khawar Ali Shaukat is a young, brave, and courageous officer of the Azad Kashmir Police who has always taken steps to establish law and order, eliminate crime, drugs, and other social evils from society by upholding the supremacy of law and providing excellent and professional services in the police system in the best possible way.

Award a great honour for Azad Kashmir

His nomination for this international award is also a great honour for Azad Kashmir and Pakistan. It is worth noting that Khawar Ali Shaukat belongs to Kotli district.

Shaukat will depart this week to attend the International Police Conference in Colorado, USA, to receive this award. His nomination for the international award has brought a wave of happiness among the Azad Kashmir Police, his family, and friends, and he is being congratulated for this award.
