LAHORE (Kashmir English): Star all-rounder and Vice-captain of the national T20 team, Shadab Khan, has been ruled out of the Bangladesh and West Indies tours.

Sources say that Shadab Khan, currently in England, is suffering from shoulder pain. Shadab Khan has decided to undergo surgery on his right shoulder this week.

Shadab Khan is undergoing surgery in England in consultation with the PCB medical panel as per the sources. After the surgery, Shadab Khan will not be able to play cricket for at least two months.

Notably, the T20 series between Pakistan and Bangladesh will start from July 20. The national team’s training camp for the series against Bangladesh will begin in Karachi from July 7.

The Pakistani team will leave for Dhaka on July 16, where matches are scheduled for July 20, 22 and 24.
