HAJIRA (Kashmir English): The Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) in Hajira has completed all arrangements to welcome Governor Punjab Sardar Saleem Haider during his upcoming visit to Poonch.

Streets across Hajira city have been adorned with banners and posters, and party supporters are gearing up enthusiastically for the reception. Governor Saleem Haider will be joined by senior PPP figures, including Chaudhry Riaz, party President Chaudhry Yasin, Sardar Yaqoob, and Faisal Rathore.

As part of his visit, Governor Haider will lead a gratitude rally starting from the MP Check Post and culminating at the Rest House in Hajira.

The rally is being held to acknowledge the Pakistan Army’s success in the recent Bunyan-um-Marsoos operation. He is also scheduled to address a public gathering organized by PPP Constituency 2 at the Rest House.

Sardar Saud Sadiq Advocate, Deputy General Secretary of PPP Azad Kashmir and former candidate for the legislative assembly hailed Operation Bunyan-um-Marsoos as a landmark achievement for the Pakistan Armed Forces.

He remarked that this military triumph has elevated the standing and respect of the armed forces both domestically and internationally.

Sadiq acknowledged with gratitude the efforts of Pakistan’s Army, Navy and Air Force in joining forces to repel India’s attacks. He pointed out that Pakistan’s defence capabilities are strong and he believes the country’s military is among the best worldwide.

He added that by utilizing military methods, Pakistan has effectively revealed the weaknesses of India in the wider international community.

Highlighting the political dimension, he acknowledged the influential role of PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, particularly in championing the Kashmir cause at international forums.

Congratulating Bilawal on his new global assignment, he expressed confidence in the Chairman’s ability to represent Pakistan’s interests, citing his prior experience as Foreign Minister.

To mark this significant achievement and honour the armed forces, a large public rally will take place from the MP Check Post to the Rest House. Citizens from all walks of life have been invited to participate and make the event a resounding success.
