MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Chaudhry Anwar-ul-Haq, has paid tribute to SSG commando Major Adnan Aslam on his martyrdom.
In a special statement, the Prime Minister said that Major Adnan Aslam set a high example of bravery. Major Adnan was severely injured in the Bannu attack and attained martyrdom after three days of treatment at CMH Rawalpindi.
Major Adnan was injured while saving his comrade during the Bannu operation.
Brave son of the soil
The Prime Minister said that this brave son of the soil will always be remembered. “The entire nation salutes this brave brother and son.”
“Major Adnan Aslam, your bravery, courage, and service in protecting this nation will be remembered for generations. The death of a martyr is the life of the nation.”
