MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): All markets, roads, transport services and educational institutions in Muzaffarabad district are operating normally, according to a press release issued by the Deputy Commissioner, Muzaffarabad.
The district administration said that all markets across the district remain open as usual, while public and private transport services are also functioning normally. Traffic is reported to be flowing smoothly on all roads.
Educational institutions are likewise open and academic activities are continuing according to routine schedules. The administration urged residents to make positive use of available internet services and advised citizens not to become part of the circulation of false news or propaganda.
Meanwhile, Garhi Dupatta Bazaar is also open and functioning normally, with traffic moving smoothly and residents continuing their daily activities.
The situation comes amid a recent call for protest by the Muzaffarabad Public Action Committee. According to the information provided by the district administration and local reporting, business activity and routine movement have continued in the city. Similar reports of normal commercial and traffic activity in Muzaffarabad have also been published previously.
