LAHORE (Kashmir English): The Pakistan cricket team will wear pink kits during its ODI against England in Lahore on October 25 as part of a campaign to raise awareness about breast cancer.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has joined hands with Pink Ribbon for the initiative, using the match to highlight the importance of breast cancer awareness among women.
As part of the campaign, the PCB will also auction special shirts signed by Pakistan players Shaheen Afridi and Babar Azam.
According to the PCB, the money raised through the auction will be used to support the treatment of women who cannot afford medical expenses.
The initiative will also give cricket fans a chance to own signed shirts while contributing to the treatment of breast cancer patients.
