MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): The victim of a viral road rage incident in Muzaffarabad has broken her silence, revealing that the altercation simply occurred over a simple horn honk.
In a video message, Municipal Corporation Muzaffarabad Councilor Shabana Aziz Abbasi, who was in the car, shared her account of the incident.
Abbasi revealed that the incident occurred simply because she honked her horn.
“The woman got angry and confronted them after they honked their horn while returning from Iftar.”

Despite being abused and humiliated, Councilor Abbasi said that she and her son chose not to engage with the woman.
Furthermore, she added that they reached the police station to file a complaint. “The police swiftly intervened, tracing the woman’s car within an hour and bringing her to the police station to apologize,” she said.
In a video, Shabana Aziz further said that they forgave the woman at the request of the police. The woman’s family also apologized for her behavior.
It should be remembered that last night in Muzaffarabad, a video of a woman kicking and shouting at her Mehran car went viral.
