LPG Price Comparison: October vs November 2026

The latest increase has raised both the per-kilogram price and the cost of a standard domestic cylinder.

LPG Item October 2026 November 2026 Increase

11.8kg cylinder Rs3,296.23 Rs3,470.09 Rs173.86

LPG Open Market Prices Reach Rs630 Per Kg

Despite OGRA’s official price notification, consumers may face considerably higher rates in the open market.

According to reports published on November 1, LPG is being sold for as much as Rs630 per kg in some areas of Pakistan, while company-operated franchises are reportedly charging up to Rs400 per kg.

This indicates a significant difference between the regulator’s notified price and the rates being charged by some retailers, increasing the financial burden on consumers who depend on LPG for cooking.

Consumers Face Higher Cooking Fuel Costs Ahead of Winter

The latest price increase comes as households across Pakistan prepare for the winter season, when demand for cooking and heating fuel generally rises.

Consumers relying on LPG, particularly in areas without access to piped natural gas, may face additional financial pressure due to the higher official rate and elevated open-market prices.

OGRA’s notified rate of Rs294.07 per kg remains the official benchmark for November 2026, while actual retail prices may differ depending on local supply, transportation costs and market conditions.
