Constant snowstorms in Leepa Valley Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) have destroyed the entire region through heavy snow accumulation. Heavy snow volumes have damaged tree roots so that large trees topple down onto residences, destroying several houses. The damaged region has been declared safe due to absent casualties yet numerous families face major complications in their home recovery efforts.
Severe winter weather created such dangerous conditions that daily activities became very difficult for the residents.
