RAWALPINDI (Kashmir English): Zimbabwe has announced a 15-member squad for the T20 Tri-Series in Pakistan, becoming the last team-after the hosts and Sri Lanka-to announce its participants.

The tournament, which will feature matches in Rawalpindi and Lahore, is set to be held between November 17 and 29.

The squad will once again be led by Pakistan-born Sikandar Raza, who continues to serve as the backbone of Zimbabwe’s white-ball setup.

The side also features experienced names such as Ryan Burl, Wellington Masakadza, and former captain Brendan Taylor, whose presence adds stability and depth to the middle order.

Zimbabwe was not originally part of the tri-series but was invited by the Pakistan Cricket Board following Afghanistan’s withdrawal.

The tri-series represents a great chance for Zimbabwe to evaluate its depth and flexibility before the next T20 World Cup. As far as Pakistan and Sri Lanka are concerned, it is an opportunity to try different combinations as all three teams seek to firm up their squads under competitive conditions.

According to reports, Zimbabwe will hold training sessions and intra-squad games once they arrive to adapt to the local conditions.

With three such passionate cricketing nations set to collide, the tri-series promises high-intensity T20 action—and an opportunity for fans in Pakistan to once again witness world-class cricket on home soil.
