ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has rejected the eligibility applications of candidates holding Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) domiciles for recruitment to civil judge and senior civil judge positions, citing the citizenship requirement under the Islamabad Judicial Service Rules.
According to details, the Chief Justice of the IHC rejected an application submitted on the administrative side seeking eligibility for AJK domicile holders to apply for the judicial positions.
