Health card facility to be restored next week: AJK PM

MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): In a recent development, the Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), Chaudry Anwaul Haq, chaired a high-level meeting with the Azad Kashmir health department in PM House, Muzaffarabad.

During the meeting, the Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Chaudry Anwaul Haq, addressed the longstanding issues of the health department.

The Prime Minister issued directives to the Secretary of Health for the immediate installation of essential health care machinery in government hospitals across Azad Kashmir.

The Prime Minister emphasized that providing high-quality health facilities to the people of Azad Kashmir is the government’s top priority.

He further instructed the health officials to restore the health card facilities across Azad Kashmir from next week and to issue health cards to the eligible individuals as soon as possible.

The health card will enable the needy people of Azad Kashmir to avail high-quality medical treatment for free of cost providing significant relief to the public.

PM AJK reaffirmed the government’s commitment to strengthening the health sector and directed the concerned officials to ensure transparency and efficiency in the implementation process.
