HATTIAN BALA (Kashmir English): A rally against Indian allegations was organised in Union Council Sinaan Daman’s Ward Bani Hafiz following the recent Pahalgam attack in Indian-occupied Jammu and Kashmir, where tourists lost their lives. The protest was held to express solidarity with the Pakistan Armed Forces in the face of India’s threatening rhetoric.
The rally against Indian allegations was led by Councillor Syed Jawad Hussain Hamdani and saw participation from teachers and students of Government Boys Middle School Bani Hafiz, Primary School Bharor, Primary School Seharbagla, and Hope Home School Bharor. Community leaders including Zubair Mughal, Khawaja Ashar Javed, and Chaudhry Afaq also joined the protest along with other locals.
Participants raised powerful slogans such as “Long Live Pakistan Army,” “Long Live Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir,” “Pakistan Zindabad,” and “Our bond with Pakistan? La ilaha illallah,” “Long Live Kashmir Freedom Movement,” and “Long Live Azad Kashmir.”
Speaking at the rally against Indian allegations, Councillor Syed Jawad Hamdani said the Pahalgam incident has once again exposed India’s true face. He claimed that India is using false flag operations to mislead the international community.
He warned that the tourism sector, one of the last economic lifelines for the Kashmiri people, is now also under threat from Indian conspiracies.
Syed Jawad Hamdani emphasised that the Pakistani nation stands firmly with its armed forces and will face any form of aggression with resilience.
He criticised the Modi-led Indian government for creating war-like conditions in the region and called the suspension of the Indus Waters Treaty a clear sign of India’s hostile intentions. He urged the international community to take notice of India’s false propaganda and its alleged involvement in terrorist networks.
Other speakers at the rally against Indian allegations included Syed Waheed Hamdani, Qari Fazir Raza, Syed Saad Hamdani, Raja Mubashir, and Sahibzada Sohail Qamar. They all echoed similar sentiments, showing unwavering support for Pakistan’s defence institutions and condemning India’s actions.
The event concluded with special prayers for the oppressed people of Indian-occupied Jammu and Kashmir and Palestine.
This rally against Indian allegations reflects the growing concern in Azad Kashmir over India’s recent political and military moves, particularly following the Pahalgam incident.
