DUBAI (Kashmir English): Emirates has introduced a special summer offer for passengers travelling to Dubai or staying in the city for more than 24 hours, allowing them to enjoy free stays at five-star hotels.
“Add a complimentary stay in one of Dubai’s most luxurious hotels to your travel plans this summer,” the Emirates writes in an advertisement on its website.
Under the promotion, first-class and business-class passengers will receive two free nights at a five-star JW Marriott Marquis Hotel in Dubai.
Meanwhile, economy class and premium economy passengers will get one free night at a five-star hotel.
“On your way, look forward to travelling in comfort with free Wi‑Fi for Emirates Skywards members, meals inspired by your destination and endless hours of entertainment on board Emirates,” the airline stated.
The airline said the campaign aims to promote tourism in Dubai, introduce international travellers to the city’s unique experiences, and encourage visitors to spend more time there.
Passengers using the special package will also get access to a discount programme offering deals at more than 600 restaurants, shopping malls, entertainment venues, and spa facilities across Dubai.
Tourism experts say such summer offers help strengthen the tourism sector and make international travel more attractive and affordable for passengers.
Eligibility for offer
According to the airline, passengers must book return tickets between June 22 and July 12 to avail the offer, and the travel period must fall between June 25 and September 30, 2026.
It further added that the offer will apply to passengers from all regions, excluding the tickets sold in and journeys originating in the UAE, Afghanistan, Israel, and Sudan.
“To avail the Offer, you must, during the Sale Period, book and pay in full for an Emirates operated return flight originating from Emirates online origins to Dubai [DXB] or to other destinations in the Emirates network with a minimum stop in Dubai of 24 hours at emirates.com, through Emirates Call Centres or via a travel agent participating in the campaign, with travel to be completed within the Travel Period (“Eligible Flight”),” the advertisement added.
The airline further urged “the passengers to keep their Emirates boarding pass with them to make the most of offers and special discounts from our partners in the city and across the UAE”.
How to apply for hotel booking
The advertisement alleged that once eligible flight tickets are booked, travelers can send an email to (EmiratesOffer@emirates.com) containing ticketed PNR reference, passenger names, arrival date in Dubai, contact phone number, and contact e‑mail address that will receive the hotel confirmation.
“By sending the email or instructing your travel agent to send the email on your behalf, you agree to Emirates sharing the necessary personal details with the hotel partner, solely for the purpose of making the hotel reservation,” it stated.
Moreover, the airline confirmed that the complimentary stay will be booked on the arrival date of the outbound or inbound journey, subject to the passenger’s preference.
“If the hotel is not available, Emirates will book a room at a hotel with a comparable star rating,” the Emirates assured.
