Gold prices rise again in local and global markets

KARACHI (Kashmir English): Gold and silver prices have once again increased, with the price of gold per tola having increased to Rs 492,000.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Jewelers Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola has increased by Rs 1,000, after which the new price has become Rs 492,362.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold has increased by Rs 858, after which the new price has been recorded at Rs 422,121.

While 10 grams of 22-karat gold has increased by Rs 787 to reach the level of Rs 386,958.

Silver prices have also increased as the price of 24-karat silver per tola has increased by Rs 65 to Rs 9,204, while 10 grams of silver has increased by Rs 55 to reach Rs 7,890.

The price of gold also increased in the international market, where gold per ounce increased by $10 to $4,700. Similarly, the global price of silver increased by $0.65, after which the new price reached $87.20.
