ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): The price of the 24-karat gold in Pakistan has received a significant drop by Rs 500, making one tola gold valued at Rs. 308,400.
This latest plunge comes in the wake of a previous decline which registered a total decrease of Rs. 9,500 a tola since February 24, 2025.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold experienced a decline of Rs. 438 to Rs. 257,201. The price of 10 grams of 22-karat includes also has wide down to Rs. 235,776 after a fall of Rs. 393.
Meanwhile, the price of silver also slipped by Rs. 10 a tola to Rs. 3,240, although the price of 10 grams moved up by Rs. 9 to Rs. 2,777.
The decline in precious metals prices in Pakistan confirms the international trends, where the price of gold has taken a fall of $ 6 at $2857 and silver declined by $ 0.9 to $31.05.
