DADYAL (Kashmir English): At least four people were killed, and five others were injured as the loader vehicle, Shehzore, fell into a deep ditch near the Dhan Gali bridge in Azad Kashmir, bordering Punjab’s Rawalpindi District.
The vehicle was travelling from Kallar Syedan to Dadyal, a tehsil in Mirpur District, to participate in Bin Sain Mela, when it lost control and met with an accident near Dhan Gali.
The rescue personnel reached the spot immediately and shifted the deceased and injured to the Tehsil Headquarters Hospital (THQ) Dadyal.
The hospital officials have said that the condition of two of the injured is critical, and they have been referred to Rawalpindi.
According to initial reports, the accident occurred due to brake failure. The vehicle was loaded with bulls, and the riders were going to participate in a bull race.
