MASTUNG (Kashmir English): Security forces have killed eight terrorists during a sanitisation operation in the Khadkocha area of Balochistan’s Mastung district, security sources said on Thursday.
During the operation, terrorists affiliated with Fitna Al-Hindustan opened fire on the security forces, to which the forces retaliated promptly, effectively, and vigorously.
The sources said that during the exchange of fire, eight militants were killed, while the remaining suspects fled the area.
The sanitisation operation was completed successfully, and the area was declared cleared, sources said, adding that false and misleading claims were being circulated on social media regarding the operation, describing such reports as fabricated and baseless.
