MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): The Director General of the Special Communication Organization (SCO) has inaugurated the Institute of Digital Excellence and Independent Living Center in Muzaffarabad.
On the occasion, the Director General of the SCO was given a detailed briefing on the various sections of the projects and the ongoing work.
Officials briefed the DG SCO that the Independent Living Center will provide facilities to the special people to lead an independent life.
Moreover, the Institute of Digital Excellence will provide the youth with modern IT facilities, digital skills, and better employment opportunities.
Speaking on the occasion, the youth said the new generation will be equipped with graphic design and other modern digital skills with the establishment of the IT Center.
They said such institutions will also prove to be an important milestone for digital development, an empowered future for the youth, and a bright Pakistan.
Wheelchairs and gifts were also distributed to special individuals during the ceremony.
