HAVELI (Kashmir English): Deputy Commissioner Haveli Raja Imran Shaheen, has confirmed that the information circulating on social media regarding the firing in Haji Pir sector of the Line of Control is completely false and not related to reality.
Deputy Commissioner Haveli Raja Imran Shaheen has indicated action against those spreading false information on social media.
Deputy Commissioner Haveli said that action should be taken against those sharing false information on social media, and they should be arrested.
It should be noted that since evening, information about the firing of heavy weapons in Haji Pir sector of Haveli area is being spread on social media accounts, especially on the social networking app Facebook.
Additionally, Raja Imran Shaheen stated that people spreading fake news on social media should be arrested, and cautioned against anyone sharing any information without verifying the news.
