“Country needs stability not chaos,” Younis Jatt announces leaving TLP

LAHORE (Kashmir English): Candidate from PP-148 (Lahore-IV), Chaudhry Younis Jatt, has announced leaving Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP).

In a video statement, Chaudhry Younis said that he no longer has any political affiliation with the TLP as he condemned arson, damage to property, and violence against the police.

He stated that the country needs stability not such actions, because with stability, the economy will move towards development.

On the other hand, after TLP’s long march, the government has contacted Tanzeemat Ahl-e-Sunnat, upon which the latter has formed a 13-member committee for negotiations.

The committee includes Sahibzada Hamid Saeed Kazmi, Sahibzada Abul Khair Zubair, Pir Abdul Khaliq, Raghib Naeemi, Sarwat Ejaz Qadri, Mufti Karim Khan, and Pir Nizamuddin Sialvi, among others.

The committee will begin negotiations with the federal government within two days.
