Several customers have claimed they had been assured that their vehicles would be delivered within 60 days, but were later informed that their vehicles had not yet entered the production phase, despite the expected delivery date approaching

Some customers also alleged that dealership representatives stopped responding to repeated inquiries about their booking status.

Are Changan bookings canceled?

The car manufacturers said that it has not cancelled any bookings but only paused invoicing, dispatches, and deliveries for around two weeks.

However, the suspension could further extend waiting times for customers whose deliveries were already delayed.
