PM AJK Message

During a special message, on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha, the Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir, Chaudary Anwarul Haq, congratulated the Islamic nation.

In his message, he said that this great day reminds us of the unparalleled obedience, selflessness, and sacrifice of Hazrat Ibrahim (AS) and Hazrat Ismail (AS), who did not hesitate to sacrifice everything dear to them for the sake of Allah Almighty.

This spirit still teaches us the lesson of sacrifice to achieve great goals. In his special message, the Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir said that on this happy occasion of Eid, we pay tribute to the armed forces of Pakistan and also pay tribute to the martyrs, due to whom we are celebrating the joys of Eid today.

Field Marshal Asim Munir’s Message

In another message, Field Marshal and Chief of Army Staff Syed Asim Munir, Chief of Naval Staff, chairman joint chiefs of staff committee, and Chief of Air Staff also extended warm Eid ul Adha greetings to the people of Pakistan in a combined message.

The top military leaders sent their fervent prayers for lasting peace, national cohesion, and the country’s prosperity, said the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

They also offered tribute to the resolve of the Pakistani people and the bravery and sacrifices of the troops, police, Rangers, and civilians who still protect the country.

“Eid ul Adha is a sacred time of reflection, sacrifice, and harmony,” read the ISPR statement.

“May this sacred moment bring harmony to our entire society and make even stronger the spirit of unity that binds us as one invincible nation.”

The forces reiterated their determination to remain beside the people and protect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Pakistan firmly.

The statement continued, “The Pakistan Armed Forces stand resolutely with the people, united in purpose and steadfast in their sacred duty to defend the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country.”

“On this day of respect, we also pay homage to the noble families of Shuhada-e-Pakistan, whose loved ones gave the greatest sacrifice in the cause of peace and the country,” it went on.

The message concluded in a patriotic expression: “Pakistan Hameesha Zindabad” — long live Pakistan.
