LAHORE (KASHMIR ENGLISH): The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) has announced the schedule for the men’s and women’s cricket competitions at the upcoming Asian Games, with matches set to take place from September 17 to October 3.
Pakistan’s women’s team will begin its campaign against Thailand on September 17, while the women’s semi-finals are scheduled for September 20. The final and third-place match will be played on September 22.
Pakistan Men’s Team to Enter at Quarter-Final Stage
The men’s cricket competition will begin with the qualifying round from September 24 to 26, followed by the quarter-finals.
Pakistan will face the second-placed team from Group B on September 28, while both men’s semi-finals are scheduled for October 1. The men’s final will be played on October 3.
Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka are among the seeded teams and will enter the competition directly at the quarter-final stage.
