KARACHI (Kashmir English): Two of Pakistan’s leading actors, Ali Rehman Khan and Sonia Hussain, are set to star together for the first time in the upcoming film Double Siapa.
Directed by Kashif Saleem, the film is scheduled to go on the floors next week, with shooting planned in the United Kingdom. The announcement has sparked interest among cinema enthusiasts eager to see the fresh on-screen pairing.
In addition to Ali Rehman Khan and Sonia Hussain, the film will feature Dodi Khan and Saif Ali Khan in important roles. While the makers have yet to reveal details about the storyline, the star-studded cast has raised expectations for an entertaining cinematic experience.
Ali Rehman Khan is widely regarded as one of Pakistan’s most popular actors, having earned recognition through successful television dramas such as Suno Chanda, Parchayee and Guriya. He has also impressed audiences on the big screen, notably with his performance in Parey Hut Love.
Sonia Hussain, meanwhile, has built a strong reputation through critically acclaimed dramas including Ishq Zahe Naseeb, Saraab, Tere Bina and Mere Hamdam Mere Dost. Known for portraying a wide range of characters, she is considered one of the industry’s most versatile performers.
Although Double Siapa is still in the early stages of production, its international shooting location and cast featuring some of Pakistan’s prominent stars have already attracted considerable attention.
