SOUTH WAZIRISTAN (Kashmir English): Shocking details have been emerging ever since the Wana Cadet College clearance operation successfully ended.

According to security sources, all attackers involved in the Wana Cadet College attack were Afghan nationals, whereas the master plan of the attack was planned in Afghanistan.

The head of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), Khilji Noor Wali Mehsud, gave the final order to start the operation against the Wana cadets, sources added.

Sources said that the militants were receiving directions from Afghanistan during the attack. Khilji Zahid reportedly had planned the operation, while responsibility for the attack was claimed by the Fitna al Khawarij sub-group Jaish-ul-Hind on the orders of Khilji Noor Wali Mehsud.

Security officials claimed that Noor Wali Mehsud was making attempts to save the Fitna Khawarij TTP from a blame game.

In this regard, a video released during the attack mentioned Jaish-ul-Hind repeatedly instead of the actual perpetrators. The Afghan Taliban is allegedly forcing Fitna Khawarij not to disclose their identity to avoid enhanced pressure on the Taliban by Pakistan and other allied nations.

It was further revealed that all materials used in the attack had been supplied from Afghanistan. Weapons included U.S.-made firearms. Officials said the operation aimed at escalating security concerns in Pakistan on the alleged demand of the Indian intelligence agency RAW.
