ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): The US and Iran are close to signing a memorandum of understanding, Axios reported, adding that if agreed on, the deal will be called the “Islamabad agreement”.
Earlier, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said on Friday that an “Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding” has never been closer.
In a post on the social media platform X, Abbas Araqchi has urged the media to refrain from speculating about its contents
“In line with our responsible and transparent approach, all details will be shared with the public in due course,” he wrote.
