MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): Inspector General of Police (IGP) Azad Kashmir Captain (R) Liaqat Ali Malik himself responded after witnessing a traffic incident, involving the collision of two vehicles, in Muzaffarabad on Wednesday.
As per details, IG Azad Kashmir was present at some distance when the accident occurred.
He rushed to assist the injured and personally transported the victims to the hospital in his own vehicle, ensuring their safety.
