ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): The Ministry of Religious Affairs has extended the deadline for applicants of the Hajj 2026 government scheme to submit their second installment by three days, extending the deadline to November 19.
According to a ministry spokesperson, all applicants will have to submit their outstanding amounts by the new date. The ministry warned that the applications of those who fail to pay within this period will be cancelled without any notice.
The second installment was originally due between November 3 and November 10, 2025, but the ministry extended the deadline to November 15 after receiving numerous applications.
Despite this, many applicants were unable to make the payment, prompting the authorities to offer a final grace period.
To accommodate applicants, designated banks were also instructed to remain open for the collection of dues on Saturday, November 15.
The ministry urged all applicants to use this last opportunity and ensure that they pay to secure their place in the 2026 government Hajj scheme.
