TEHRAN (Kashmir English): Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has thanked Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif for his initiative and effective efforts to reach an agreement to end the US-Israel war in his country.
In a post on X, Pezeshkian said he spoke with the Prime Ministers of Malaysia and Pakistan to congratulate them on Eid al-Adha, during which he emphasised Iran’s commitment to diplomacy.
“While emphasizing Iran’s commitment to diplomacy, I thanked Malaysia for its humanitarian stance and Pakistan for its initiative and effective efforts to reach an agreement.”
“Iran’s policy is to expand cooperation with Muslim and neighbouring countries in all fields,” he added.
