ISLAMABAD (Kashmir English): Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Field Marshal Asim Munir has said that Pakistan will respond to those who impose war in the same way as it did in May.
Speaking at a luncheon in honor of King Abdullah II of Jordan at the Presidential Palace, he said that he performs his duties according to the command and decree of Allah.
The Field Marshal said that Pakistan is a peace-loving country; however, it will respond strongly to any aggression imposed on it.
The Field Marshal said that when a Muslim trusts in Allah, then the Almighty turns even the dust thrown at the enemy into a missile.
He said that this victory is bestowed upon us by Allah.
The victory was achieved with faith in the war against India, and we are grateful to Allah, who gave us victory.
He read verses from the Quran to clarify that the real success of Muslims comes with the help of Allah, and in this context, gave the example of the Battle of Uhud, where birds helped the Muslims.
