MIRPUR (Kashmir English): Local police arrested accused Saad Ali son of Shaukat Ali, who allegedly made a life attempt on a Dars-e-Nizami student, from the court after his pre-arrest bail was rejected.
According to details, the accused was involved in the case of attacking a student on July 20, 2025. He had obtained pre-arrest bail from the court, which was rejected on August 15, 2025.
As soon as the Mirpur court rejected the bail, the police took accused Saad Ali into custody from the courtroom. The prosecution was represented by young legal professionals Asif Bostan Siddiqui Advocate and Sheikh Rohail Rashid Advocate, who presented solid arguments before the court, based on which the court did not approve the accused’s bail and issued immediate arrest orders.
Public and social circles have appreciated police action and paid tribute to the lawyers for getting the accused involved in the murderous attack on an unarmed student arrested.
