MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): CIA Police Muzaffarabad have arrested three suspects in a crackdown against criminals.
The police also recovered drugs, mobile phones, and cash from the possession of the alleged criminals.
According to details, on the instructions of senior officers, In-charge CIA Staff Muzaffarabad Inspector Raja Yasir Khan, along with his team, conducted an operation and arrested Umar Mukhtar son of Muhammad Mukhtar, resident of Shaukat Line.
A large quantity of drugs was recovered from the suspect’s possession, and a case was registered against him under section 9B/CNSA.
In the second operation, Faraz, resident of Langla, was arrested in FIR no. 548/24, and 8 mobile phones worth 7 lakh rupees were recovered from the suspect.
In the third operation, suspect Waqas, resident of Tariqabad, was arrested in FIR no. 226/25, and stolen goods were recovered from the suspect.
Public have appreciated the police performance for their action against anti-social elements.
