MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): The Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Legislative Assembly on Thursday approved the Finance Act 2025, during the budget session chaired by Speaker Chaudhry Latif Akbar.
Finance Minister Abdul Majid Khan presented the report on The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Finance Act, 2025, in the house, after which the house unanimously approved the draft law.
After the approval of the finance bill, Finance Minister Abdul Majid Khan thanked all the coalition parties and assembly members.
Addressing the session, the finance minister said that India targeted our mosques and unarmed people, after which our brave forces gave a befitting reply to India in broad daylight.
He said that the US President condemned Israel and relieved India, and that Field Marshal Asim Munir played a role in raising the prestige of Pakistan.
Later, the Speaker adjourned the meeting for an indefinite period.
