MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): Muzaffarabad City Police recovered a 13-year-old girl and arrested a man on charges of abduction and rape.
According to the SHO, the girl’s father informed the police that his daughter was missing. The police took action, traced the accused, recovered the girl from his custody, and transferred her for medical examination. The report confirmed rape.
The accused is a married person and has a criminal record. He was taken into custody, where he confessed to the crime during interrogation.
The girl has been handed over to her parents, while further investigation continues.
