HARARE, Zimbabwe (Kashmir English): Zimbabwe have announced a 15-member squad for the upcoming T20 International tri-series scheduled to be played in Pakistan, which will also feature Sri Lanka.
The series is part of their preparations for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 to be co-hosted by India and Sri Lanka.
The event will serve as a crucial build-up for the African side, who recently secured qualification for next year’s tournament after an unbeaten campaign in the T20 World Cup 2026 Africa Qualifier.
There is only one change from the group that faced Afghanistan in the recent home series.
Fast bowler Blessing Muzarabani will miss the tournament due to a back injury, while uncapped pacer Newman Nyamhuri has been named as his replacement.
The rest of the lineup remains the same, signaling Zimbabwe’s intent to maintain continuity ahead of a packed international season.
All-rounder Sikandar Raza will continue to lead the team, bringing both experience and form into the tri-series.

Zimbabwe will open their campaign against hosts Pakistan on November 17 in Rawalpindi. They will play their second match against Sri Lanka on November 19, also in Rawalpindi.
The action will then shift to Lahore, where Zimbabwe will take on Pakistan again on November 23 and Sri Lanka on November 25.
