NEW YORK (Kashmir English): A report by WABetaInfo reveals that WhatsApp is working on a redesign of the Android app. This redesign focuses on the app’s navigation bar.
This means new updates will be added to the navigation bar, and its design will also be revamped.
WhatsApp will now remind you of your friends’ birthdays. According to the report, Meta AI is also being integrated into the navigation bar.
In fact, Meta AI is being added to the bottom navigation bar in addition to the existing Meta AI button located above the compose button.
Additionally, the navigation bar is being made more transparent, making it closely resemble the version found on iOS devices.
The report notes that work on this feature is currently in the early stages and has been spotted in a beta version.
This means it is available to a limited number of users, and it may take a few weeks or months before it is rolled out to the general user base.
