MUZAFFARABAD (Kashmir English): The University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (UAJK) will hold its 21st Convocation at King Abdullah Campus on December 6 (Saturday).
During the ceremony, graduates from various undergraduate and postgraduate programs will be awarded degrees, and outstanding scholars will be conferred with gold medals.
In preparation for the event, University Registrar Prof. Dr. Saadat Hanif Dar chaired a high-level meeting at the University’s Admin Block, Chella Campus.
The meeting was attended by Deans, Directors, and heads of committees responsible for convocation arrangements. During the meeting, committee heads briefed the Registrar on arrangements.
Convocation rehearsal
The convocation rehearsal is scheduled for Friday, December 5 at 2:00 PM at King Abdullah Campus, and attendance has been made mandatory for faculty members and participating graduates.
Students who have already submitted their convocation forms and fees are not required to resubmit. However, those who have not completed the process are requested to submit their details and documents to the Deputy Controller Examinations, Degree Branch, Examinations Department, Admin Block, Chella Campus, UAJK, Muzaffarabad, Postal Code 13100, or contact 05822-960477.
Convocation forms for 2025 are also available on the University website and at all UAJK offices and academic departments.
The convocation ceremony will be presided over by the President of the State and Chancellor of the University of Kashmir will award degrees and gold medals to graduating students and scholars.
