Training session held for medical officers in Kotli

KOTLI (Kashmir English): A review meeting was held with newly-appointed medical officers of Rural Health Centers (RHCs) and Basic Health Units (BHUs) in District Kotli with DHO Shafqat Shah in the chair.

The meeting aimed to discuss performance, identify gaps, and determine a way forward to improve health service delivery.

During the meeting, orientation sessions were conducted, focusing on basic ethics and professional skills.

Dr. Shafqat Shah District Health Officer Kotli, along with senior doctors, provided training to the participants.

The sessions emphasized the importance of adhering to ethical standards and enhancing professional skills to deliver quality healthcare.

The meeting discussed the performance of medical officers in detail, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.

Strategies were formulated to overcome deficiencies and ensure positive impact on health service delivery.
