NUSHKI (Balochistan), (Kashmir English): In a series of decisive intelligence-based operations following coordinated attacks on January 31, 2026, Pakistan’s security forces have delivered a crushing blow to the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA).
The BLA’s attempt to destabilise the region through coordinated attacks met with a historic failure as security forces effectively cornered the militants across multiple districts.
No longer having a place to hide, the “Fitna-e-Hindustan” elements are being eliminated one by one in a relentless pursuit.
In a fresh engagement in Nushki, the security forces successfully neutralized 15 more terrorists with the forces also releasing the videos/ footages.
As the clearance operations progressed, the number of neutralised militants rose sharply. While initial reports confirmed dozens killed, Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti later confirmed that 145 terrorists were killed within a single 40-hour span.
The final count
The total count of neutralised militants in this wave of operations has now reached 177.
After failed attacks in Balochistan, BLA is finding no place to hide and security forces are eliminating the Fitna-e-Hindustan elements one by one.
